Shipping & Delivery

Do you send out tracking numbers?

Yes. each order comes with a tracking number that is sent to the email that you provided to us after the order is finished processing and sent out in the mail.

How long is processing before orders are sent out?

All orders need 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed before the order is shipped out in the mail.

What shipping carrier is my order sent out with?

All orders from René NYC are sent out with USPS.

How can I contact the company if I have a question about an order?

Return Policy

Refunds & Cancellations

NO REFUNDS NO CANCELLATIONS.

Exchange for Store credit only. Items purchased are eligible for Exchange or store credit within 7 days after delivery. Discounted items are FINAL SALE, due to that they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS: We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. (Within 24 hours of receiving your package)

Return Conditions

All Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition. If you do not meet these conditions you will not receive any credit and we will return the package back to you.

SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE: CANNOT BE RETURNED.

TOPS AND DRESSES: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.
